Before you begin
Use an account with permission to create drafts and update site settings. Start with the minimum access RankWin needs.
Map your content fields
Match title, slug, body, author, summary, featured media, and SEO fields to the correct destination.
Set approval rules
Choose who reviews work, which weekdays RankWin can publish, and the fallback owner for blocked content.
Send a test draft
Create one sample article, verify formatting on desktop and mobile, then enable the intended publishing permission.
