Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using RankWin, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
RankWin provides software and related services for researching, creating, publishing, measuring, and improving website content. Features may change as the product develops, and some capabilities may be offered as previews.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide and grant RankWin the rights needed to process it for the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use RankWin to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or misrepresent automated content as independently verified when it is not.
Fees and cancellation
RankWin offers a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Add a payment method and authorize recurring billing to start your trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan is charged automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Payments and renewals are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancel during your trial to avoid the first subscription charge, or before a later billing date to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund previous charges or unused time; access continues until the end of your trial or paid period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Search rankings, AI citations, traffic, and conversion outcomes depend on external systems and market conditions, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.
