Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using RankWin, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
RankWin provides software and related services for researching, creating, publishing, measuring, and improving website content. Features may change as the product develops, and some capabilities may be offered as previews.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide and grant RankWin the rights needed to process it for the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use RankWin to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or misrepresent automated content as independently verified when it is not.
Fees and cancellation
Paid plans, billing intervals, and applicable limits are described in the order or subscription you accept. You may cancel according to the terms of that order. Fees already earned are non-refundable unless required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Search rankings, AI citations, traffic, and conversion outcomes depend on external systems and market conditions, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.
